About Us

This Law Firm was founded in1994 to provide comprehensive legal advice and service on a wide variety of immigration matters. Our law firm has expertise in obtaining Approvals in the EB-1 and EB-2 National Interest categories for complicated cases which other firms routinely turn down – or can’t get approved. Our attorneys work together as a team, providing a creative approach to novel situations which require expertise in the law and the ability to hone a nuanced legal argument in equal measure.

A few of our more unusual cases include an Electron Microscopy Specialist for whom we obtained an EB-2 National Interest green card despite the fact that our client does not have a Bachelor’s degree; a “Classical Music Whistler” for whom we obtained an EB-1 green card as an individual who has reached the very top of his field – despite immigration’s questioning whether “classical music whistling” is even a “field”), a “Colored Pencil Artist” in the EB-1 category – who had never sold a single painting and U.S. Permanent Residence Status in the EB-1 category as an “Avant-garde Actor” – despite the fact that her greatest accomplishment as an actor was as a member of an ensemble in a New York City Off- Off- Broadway play. Other examples abound.

We offer both employment-based legal services as well as family-based immigration services.

Our clients include businesses, research hospitals, museums and other organizations, as well as professionals. We regularly obtain green cards and temporary work visas such as H-1B, L-1, E-1, E-2, E-3, O-1, P-1, R-1 and TN for clients.
